You provide your consent for us to use your mobile number even if it is registered on the National ‘Do Not Disturb’ registry.
• The price mentioned on Website doesn’t include Getup and Dress expanse, which has to be borne by the customer himself.
• No claim will be provided on damage and delete of videos or images of any event for any technical reason.
• We’re not responsible for delivery of our service beyond 2 (Two) months
• After 2 months of the function, there will be 2% monthly interest on the outstanding amount..
• Today’s charge for the outstanding work after 2 months will be charged.­
• “We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of  authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time”

PAYMENT POLICY

• Amount to be paid in advance as token money at the time of contract / booking – 25%
• Amount to be paid at the time of starting of event / shooting                                         – 50%
• Final payment at the time of closure delivery                                                                        – 25%
• Note : Special discount on full payment as advance                                                       – 5%

REFUND POLICY

At Khushi Digital, we value our customer’s and are committed to providing world class services. While we take our work seriously, our clients also need to realize that we do NOT offer a 100% guarantee on our services and hence cannot offer any refund on our services.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

• Within 2 Days after booking, We offer 97% (after deducting 3% Bank Charges) Refund of total Amount Paid
• From 3 Days to 5 Days, We offer 75% Refund of total Amount Paid
• From 6 Days to 10 Days, We offer 60% Refund of total Amount Paid
• From 11 Days to 15 Days, We offer 50% Refund of total Amount Paid
• No cancellation will be allowed, if booking is done within 15 Days of the event.
• Due to any act of God, if you cancel booking at same day or some days ago before the event, We will not refund the amount, but will adjusted in Next booking done by you.
• According to this policy, if you wish to cancel any package or item purchased from khushidigital.com, then it should be done before 15 days of the receipt. Those who cancel any package, the amount will be credited through NEFT/RTGS after 2 days in the your bank account which you can use for any further purchase

PRIVACY POLICY

Khushi Digital respects and values the Right to Privacy of each and every individual. We are esteemed by the relationship and by becoming our clients you have a promise from our side that we shall remain loyal to all our clients and non-clients whose information resides with us. This Privacy Policy of Khushi Digital applies to the current clients as well as former clients. You will find the guidelines governing our Privacy Policy below:

1. Your information, whether public or private, will NOT be sold, rented, exchanged, transferred or given to any company or individual for any reason without your consent.
2. Your information will be used SOLELY for providing the services to you for which you have subscribed to us and not for any other purposes.
3. Your information given to us represents your identity with us. If any changes are brought in any of the fields of which you have provided us the information, you shall bring it to our notice by either calling us or sending an email to us.
4. In addition to the service provided to you, your information (mobile number, E-mail ID etc.) can be brought in use for sending you newsletters, surveys, contest information, or information about any new services of the company which will be for your benefit and while subscribing for our services, you agree that Khushi Digital has the right to do so.
5. By subscribing to our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
6. By filling out the ‘Enquiry Form’ and the ‘Booking Form’ on this website, you agree to provide us your valid mobile number.
